The Moot Court Society of Law Centre II, Faculty of Law, DU is organising the S.K. PURI MEMORIAL INTERNATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION ‘ JUSTIFIED ‘ 2022 from July 15 – 17, 2022 in virtual mode.
ABOUT JUSTIFIED
Justified has had prestigious institutions participating since its inception in 2015. 2018 with a welcome collaboration between the office of Mr Sacchin Puri, senior advocate and the Moot Court Society of Law Centre II , to bring forth the very first S.K. Puri Moot. The editions have been judged by Hon’ble Justice A.K. Pathak, Justice Vibhu Bhakru, Justice A.K. Sikri, and Justice Siddharth Mridul.
ELIGIBILITY
All students who have enrolled in a full – time 3- year LLB programme or a 5 year integrated LLB programme or LLM programme from a recognised university shall be eligible to participate in the competition.
Only one team can register from a particular college or institution for participation.
Students pursuing Diploma Courses or Certificate Courses are not eligible to participate.
Only one team per college shall be accepted

The St. Soldier Law Students‟ Society for Professional Pursuits (SLSP) has been formed and registered by the Students of the College and the Management of the Institute in the Year 2018. Eligibility, criteria, and team composition
The competition is open for bonafide students pursuing LL.B Three Year and 5 Years Law Courses.
Each team shall comprise of Two members ONLY, and both of them will be speakers.
Arguments shall be in English Language Only.
Teams are barred from disclosing the identity of their institution during the course of proceedings in the Court Rooms. Any disclosure of team identities shall invite penalties including disqualification.
Each team shall be provided with the Team Code by the organizing Committee.
A registration fee of Rs. 1000/- shall be sent by way of Phonepe/Google Pay/Paytm or Demand Draft drawn in favor of “St. Soldier Law College”, payable at Jalandhar along with the registration form. Smt. Nirmala Devi Bam Memorial International Moot Court Competition is a flagship competition of Indore Institute of Law. This competition was started from 2019 in the loving memory of Mrs. Nirmala Devi Bam.

About the Competition
MIT-WPU Faculty of Law cordially invites your college to participate in CCI – MIT WPU School of Law 2nd National Moot Court Competition 2022. Which is going to be held from April 28th to 30th, 2022. This competition intends to allow young law students to develop their skills in drafting, researching and advocating.
The objective of this moot court competition is to test the research skills of students in contemporary topics in the sphere of competition law and provide a platform where students can learn about competition from industry experts.
Eligibility

All students of any recognized law college in the country can participate.
Team Composition: Each team shall comprise three students- two speakers and one researcher.
Format of the Moot Competition
A maximum of 16 teams shall participate, and the registrations shall be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The competition will be conducted in a hybrid model.
The Prelim and Quarter Final rounds will be held online on June 5, 2022, and the Semifinals and Finals will be held offline on June 18, 2022, in Mumbai.
The said Rounds shall be judged by members of the tax fraternity, Hon’ble Members of the ITAT, and the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court.

About the Moot Court Competition
The CMR National Moot Court Competition, the flagship event at CMR University, School of Legal Studies is a biennial event that witnesses participation by premier legal institutions in the country. This competition attempts to facilitate the development of interpretation and legal reasoning skills in the participating students, with a benign hope of encouraging them to achieve greater heights. The previous edition of the same was held virtually in the year 2020.
The current edition shall be restricted to a total participation by not more than 20 teams competing in two preliminary rounds to be judged by experienced advocates, professionals and law teachers from Bangalore.
Each semi- final round shall be judged by a bench of 3 senior advocates and the final round shall be presided by a bench of 5 sitting judges from the High Court of Karnataka.

About the Competition
The Department of Law, Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be) University, Mullana-Ambala has previously conducted National moot court competitions during the last four academic years and this year again the 5th edition of the same is being organized.
In the last edition of the MM National Moot court competition which was organized from 14.10.19 to 16.0.19, teams from across 23 different Law universities and colleges from all over the country participated.
Out of these 23 teams, the teams from GLC, Mumbai, and Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat reached the final round. Out of the two teams, the team from GLC, Mumb ai was declared as the winner.
Eligibility
The Competition shall be open for
Students, duly enrolled and are pursuing an integrated 5years or 3 years Law Program in India from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Students enrolled and pursuing a post-graduate diploma or short-term certificate courses in law are not eligible to apply.
Students from any university/ Institute not recognized by the Bar Council of India to impart a Law degree are not eligible to apply.
The receipt of the form shall be acknowledged by the institute within 48 hours of submission via mail.
On receipt of acknowledgment by a team, the team shall have to make the payment of registration fees amounting to INR 2,000/- (non-refundable) within 48 hours of the receipt of the acknowledgment and the payment confirmation of same has to be sent on the Official Email Id (by attaching a screenshot of the payment confirmation in the mail). Non-Payment of registration fees within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of registration.
Registration of a team shall be confirmed only after the receipt of payment by the Organizers.
After the successful payment, the confirmation of registration shall be conveyed to the teams via mail which shall also mention the team code allotted to the teams. During the competition teams shall be identified by the team code allotted to them.
Teams shall not disclose their identity whatsoever, i.e. names of team members, name of their institution, city, etc. or any other information which has the effect of disclosing their identity and affiliation with a particular institution, except in the registration form, during the Competition. Any such disclosure shall invite strict penalties including disqualification. The decision for the same shall be at the discretion of the Organizers.
