The Centre for Labour Laws (CLL) was established in 2019 but hit the shot amidst the most uncertain times mankind had ever seen i.e. Covid-19 pandemic, due to its initiative christened as Mazdoor Mitra, wherein the plight of migrant workers during the initial phase of lockdown was in a blatant misery. The theme for the Volume III of the journal shall be “Contemporary Developments and Trends in Labour and Employment Laws: Analysis and Implications.” The Journal seeks to explore the latest developments and trends in labour and employment laws and to analyze their implications on society, economy, and governance.
