Who can submit?
Faculty members, research scholars, working professionals and students in any field of study are eligible to submit their papers. Nationality is no bar for submission.
Submission Guidelines
Essays and long articles must include an abstract of not more than 350 words.
Title: Title of your manuscripts should be concise, with a maximum of 70 characters.
Keywords: The author can give up to 10 keywords for the ease of reference to the reader.
This will further boost the search engine optimisation (SEO) of your article.
Biography: A brief biographical note, including both the current affiliation as well as the email address of the author(s), should be provided in the first footnote of the manuscript.
Submissions should be original and unpublished work of the author(s). Additionally, the submission should not be under consideration anywhere else.
Language: Only articles in English will be considered for publication. Manuscripts should be written in standard English while using ‘ise’ and ‘isation’ instead of ‘ize’ and ‘ization’. The preferred reference source is the Oxford English Dictionary. However, in the case of quotations, the original spelling should be maintained.
Heading: Heading levels must be clearly indicated.
Tables: The tables and illustrations must be self-explanatory and their content should not be repeated in the text. Refrain from tabulation unnecessarily. They must be numbered and must be included in concise titles
Figures and Illustrations: These should be submitted as separate files along with the manuscript, and it is very important that they are high quality: .tif or .jpg files with a resolution of at least 600 dpi.
GSLR follows a strict policy against plagiarism. Any form of plagiarism will result in an automatic rejection. Moreover, if the Turnitin similarity index reports over 20% similarity (after making the relevant exclusions such as bibliography, quotes, small matches etc.), then the submission shall be rejected.

Communication of Acceptance
The provisional decision of acceptance will be communicated latest by 15th January, 2022. Following which, the authors will be given 15 days to incorporate all the editorial suggestions and revert to the editorial team. Copyright and Exclusivity
Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication by the editorial board, the copyright over the manuscript shall vest in the Journal. The goal of this seminar is to shed light on the major challenges surrounding India’s right to health and medical care. Citizens’ health is a top issue for governments all across the world. The governments of numerous countries have legislated and executed various acts and programmes to enhance health, which have had a significant impact on the health status of their citizens.

Guidelines for Submission
The abstract must be developed on A4-sheet in Word Document Format typed in Times New Roman in 12 font size with 1.5 line spacing is not more than 500 words, it should not contain more than FIVE keywords.
The abstract should contain personal details of the author(s) in the order: Title of the paper, Name, Designation, Institute/University/College/Organization, Contact number, E-mail and address (es), of the author(s).
Kindly indicate the name of the main author for correspondence in the case of more than one author.

Rules of Participation
No abstract or full paper shall be accepted after the last date of submission.

About the conference

Cover page: In order to facilitate anonymity, authors must mention their names, contact details and affiliations only on the cover page of the manuscript.
Title: Times New Roman, 14 font size. The title should be in capital letters.
Font Size and Style: Times New Roman, 12 font size for the main text.
Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10 font size.
Line Spacing: The line spacing should be done in following manner:
Main text – 1.5 space gap.
Footnotes – 1.0 space gap.
Headings: The heading should be used as per the following style:

Since its inception in 2017, SUPREMO AMICUS has attracted a large number of submissions from the legal community at major institutions around the country. Their contribution to academia and Supremo Amicus’ success is recognised and appreciated.
In the ruling of the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh, a paragraph from supremo amicus-Vol 17 was mentioned.

Theme
The submission should be on any theme relating to Law.
Submission Guidelines
The paper with the highest quality will be published as an E-Journal with an International Serial Standard Number.
For publication, only full papers submitted on or before the deadline will be considered.
The following word limit has been imposed on authors:
Articles with a word count of 5000 to 10,000 words are considered long (excluding footnotes).
Articles with a word count of 2000 to 5000 words are considered short (excluding footnotes).
2500 word case comment (excluding footnotes).
1500-word book review (excluding footnotes).
The essays must be written in Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, on an A4 page with 1″ margins on both sides, and submitted in.doc/.docx format.
When submitting the manuscript, a consistent citation format must be followed.
Articles should be original in content, and no plagiarised material should be submitted for publication. Any infringement is the responsibility of the author.

All published papers in Volume 27 will be transferred to the 26th Research Paper Writing Competition at no extra cost.

Call for Papers
For Volume 5, Issue 1, Jurisperitus is seeking original and unpublished research papers, short notes, book reviews, and case comments.
Theme
Any appropriate theme related to socio-legal aspect is acceptable.
Plagiarism should be avoided, and the submission should be free of grammatical, spelling, and other problems.
All authors’ full names must be included.
Any standardised citation system can be used.
The manuscript’s body should be written in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes should be typed in Times New Roman, single line spacing, size 10.
The default/normal margins will be used.
Page borders are not permitted.
