Guidelines
The submission shall be original work of the author dealing with public international law and foreign policy. The submissions must focus on current developments in these fields and must be analytical in nature.
A maximum similarity of 10% is allowed. Non-adherence to this rule shall result in rejection of the article summarily.
The submission must have a clear and concise structure along with clear Headings and sub-headings.
A submission should have 1000 to 1200 words.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
GENERAL
The submissions shall be in English language only.
Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.
The Editorial Board prefers submissions that are lucid, contemporarily relevant, grammatically coherent, and well-researched. The submission should contain a novel analysis of the legal issues addressed by the author(s). The Editorial Board encourages analytical submissions with concrete suggestions over descriptive submissions with generic suggestions.
Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited and the submission shall be original, unpublished, and an outcome of the author’s own efforts.
The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts, opinions and views stated in the submitted manuscript.
The name(s) of the author(s) or institution(s) must not be mentioned anywhere in the body of the submission.
The author(s) shall refrain from submitting the manuscript elsewhere during the pendency of the review process. If the theme of the manuscript is contemporaneous to the time of submission and a delayed publication would render the research irrelevant, the author(s) may request an expedited review of their submission. Request for expeditious review is granted by the Editorial Board at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.
The author(s) are required to submit an abstract, not exceeding 250 words, within their manuscript.
The author(s) shall refrain from referring themselves in first person in the manuscript. Further, while referring to case laws, the author(s) shall use the names of the parties instead of referring them as “petitioners”, “appellants”, “respondents”, etc.
Since RFMLR is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, the review process is very thorough to ensure that only the finest manuscripts get published in the journal. The Editorial Board strives to review the manuscripts expeditiously. However, since the peer reviewers are working professionals, the entire review process, especially the peer review stage, can take some time. The author(s) are requested to duly take this into cognizance while submitting the manuscript
FORMATTING
Body: Submissions shall be typewritten in Times New Roman, font size 12 with line spacing 1.5 and justified alignment.

Ministry of Woman and Child Development (MWCD) is inviting nomination from students undergoing Graduation/Post Graduation Course indifferentacademic Institutions/Universities under ‘Internship Programmes of the Ministry by offering short-term orientation.
The students/scholars enrolled in different Universities/Academic Institution willing to undertake pilot projects/micro-studies focusing on the ongoing activities of the Ministry may forward their nomination through the Head of the institution to this Ministry. The Ministry provides a qualitative exposure to students to its mandate and also have specific programmes and policy analysis at the hands of the target group to make them proactive to raise the issue of women and children on various platforms in future.
Duration of Internship Programme and activities
The internship programme would have following types of durations and activities to be undertaken:
(A) Short term internship of one month duration:
Participation in planning and research related activities at elementary level for exposure to the schemes and programmes of the Ministry.
Developing vision and mission for betterment of women and children; critical appraisal of schemes/ programmes of the Ministry and outside the Ministry emerging in the current scenario for improving lot of women and children in the country.
Compilation/collation of data/information on various schemes of the Ministry and policy relevant statistics.
Visit to field projects.
Any other activities that may be necessary in the interest of the Ministry and Interns.
(B) Internship for 2 months duration:
Participation in planning and research related activities. Students are expected to undertake short duration pilot studies/surveys besides undertaking evaluation of MWCD schemes on the issues identified and justified by them or issues listed by the Ministry form its areas of interest/work.
To provide inputs for policy formulation/scheme implementation through empirical research work with the Ministry to supplement the process of policy formulation, implementation of scheme and other initiatives related to women and children.
Participation in-country Seminars/Work or interaction at any such platforms that MWCD may find relevant for young students/scholars for exposure in the field of gender issues and children.
(C) Internship for 6 months duration:
The Activities for Interns during this period will be as provided under point (B) above.

Theme of the competition
The dynamic nature of the internet requires us to revisit the traditional frameworks and explore more enabling policies for regulating competition in digital space. To encourage critical thinking and public speaking on inter-disciplinary issues the motion for the rounds will be based on ‘Competition Law in the Digital Space.’

2 vs 2 format
Participants are encouraged to register in a team of two, however in exceptional cases one can register individually as well. The OC will match the individual registrants through randomised allotment a day before the rounds.

The NLUO Law Journal (ISSN 2348-8913) is the flagship publication of National Law University Odisha. The biannual peer-reviewed journal aims to encourage legal scholarship in national and international interdisciplinary legal issues. The journal publishes and curates frontier research in multiple fields under the broad umbrella of contemporary issues in the legal field. While past editions of the journal have included special issues on topical relevance, there is no strict delineation and authors are encouraged to add to the discourse with a topic of their choice for this issue.
THEME FOR THE ISSUE
This issue of the NLUO Law Journal, Volume IX, has no limitations based on theme and will be accepting submissions on broad legal concerns with respect to public law, private law or other cross-cutting issues.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The NLUO Law Journal is published tentatively in the months of January and July every year and accepts submissions on a rolling basis from external contributors. All submissions must be accompanied with a covering letter indicating the name of the author, title of the submission and the email address of the author. The submissions will be reviewed and edited by the Editorial Board under the supervision of the Editor in Chief. Submissions can be in the form of long articles, short notes, case comment/Legislative Comments and book reviews.
WORD LIMIT
The acceptable word limit should not exceed: o Long Articles: 8000-10000 words o Short Notes: 4000-8000 words o Case Comments/Legislative Comments: 3000 words o Book Review: 2000-3000 words
All the word limits mentioned above are exclusive of footnotes. Kindly note that the word limits will be strictly enforced.
All the submissions must consist of an Abstract of not more than 300 words, highlighting the main contribution and a declaration of originality is also to be sent. The abstract will not be included in the word limit. The submission must be sent along with upto 6 Keywords mentioned below the Abstract in the manuscript.
A submission can be co-authored by a maximum of two people. Submissions are invited from academicians, practitioners and research scholars.
In the event that authors send more than one submission for consideration, only the first submission shall be reviewed for publication.
A submission, not published in the issue the author has sent it for, can be considered for publication in the future issues.
FORMATTING AND CITATION GUIDELINES
An appropriate Title must be mentioned in the cover page of the submission. The Title should be Font Type and Size, Times New Roman and 16 respectively. It should be center aligned.
The submission should not contain any biographical information of the author throughout the manuscript.
The body of the text must be font type – Times New Roman, Font Size 12. The alignment should be justified.
The footnotes must be font type – Time New Roman, Font Size 10. The alignment should be justified.
The Line Spacing of the main text and footnotes must be 1.5, 1 respectively.
Use of headings and Subheadings is encouraged throughout the text. Headings: Centre Aligned, Bold, and Font Size – 14, Font Type – Times New Roman. Subheadings: Justified Alignment, Bold, Italicized, Font Size – 12 and Font Type – Times New Roman.
Citations must be uniform and in the OSCOLA Format (4th Edition).

CT University’s 1st Prof.(Dr.)Basant K. Sharma Memorial National Moot Court Competition (Virtual) aims at providing a platform to law students to hone their mooting and articulation skills. During the past 2 years amidst pandemic, approximately every family’s dynamics changed, putting lots of long lasting impacts. This Moot Court Competition is designed to enable law students to identify the contemporary legal issues in the family law domain.
This Moot Court Competition is organised in the memory of (Late) Prof. (Dr.) Basant K. Sharma who served as an academician with Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh for more than 30 years. His zeal for teaching and love for community service can still be found amongst his students and the people he worked with.
The 1st Prof. (Dr.)Basant K. Sharma Memorial National Moot Court Competition(Virtual) has been organized by CT University.
Eligibility Criteria :
The Competition shall be open for ‘bona de’ students who are pursuing an integrated 5 Years or 3 Years law Program during current academic year in India from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Only one team is permitted to participate from each participating institution.
Language & Dress code:
