About the Responsibilities
KGC International is now seeking interns for a one-year period, following which successful and competent candidates will be hired as full-time workers on a variable compensation basis. Candidates will get extensive knowledge of the international market, as well as problems and strategies for overcoming them.
As an intern you are required to:-
- Managing pre-qualifications and vendor approvals for various utilities.
- Organize internal and external lectures, events, and workshops by working closely together.
- Visitors must be greeted and welcomed.
- Correspondence, reports, and documents should all be prepared and managed.
- Meetings, conferences, and other events should be organised and coordinated.
- Make plans to keep meeting minutes.
- Systematize and maintain your office.
- Schedules and calendars should be kept up to date.
- Set up and keep filing systems in good working order.
- Keep a database of exports.
- Internally and externally, coordinate the flow of information.
- Developing new customers
- Maintain a clean record of each offer’s success rate and status by coordinating with principals for offers.
- Establish a meeting agenda.
- Assists with budgeting in the office.
- Keep track of prices so you can compare them to previous periods.
- Maintain a filing system that is both hardcopy and computerised.
- Determine what matters most to you and take care of them.
- Coordinates travel arrangements; creates itineraries; and creates, compiles, and keeps track of travel vouchers and records.
- Statistical reports must be prepared and analysed.
- Overall, I’m in charge of assisting with business development.

Eligibility
- With appropriate Presentation and Communication Skills and solid knowledge of MS Office, a graduate in any faculty augmented by an MBA is required.
- Note that all interns will receive extensive training.
