ABOUT
The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) is a not-for-profit Society registered under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasli (Act I of 1350 F). Established in the year 1984 with an objective of imparting world-class high quality education. ICFAI has around three decades of exemplary track record in the field of higher education. It launched the certification program for Financial Analysts, the CFA Program in 1985 and has been instrumental in developing a new generation of professionals in India.
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open for students who are studying LLB three year or five-year courses during the current academic year. The team composition, for the competition, shall comprise of either 2 (two) members (being designated as Speakers) or 3 (three) members (two of them shall be designated as Speakers and one Researcher).
DETAILS
Online registrations are open from 7th October. The teams must register online by 27th October.Â
Only 24 teams will be registered to participate in the competition on a first-come-first- serve basis.
No temporary registration requests will be entertained. Kindly refrain from sending such requests to organizing committee or the university. Participants will receive an automated system generated acknowledgement on successful submission of registration. Participants will receive an approval as acceptance of their request for participation within 7 days of registration.
The teams can register by filling the Google form which is available at the end of the page. The Registration process would be concluded only after full payment of the registration fee. A registration fee of Rs. 600/- is to be paid online by 27th October 2022.
In the event if a team drops out of the competition or is disqualified the team next in line as per registration data (When the registration exceeds beyond the permitted 24 teams) will be offered the chance to participate in the competition at short notice.

ABOUT
The term doping is widely used by organizations that regulate sporting competitions. There are numerous organizations in place to keep a check on doping in sports. However, there are various legal aspects involved in the same and this essay competition aims to spread awareness about doping in sports and give the participants a platform to discuss issues related to doping in sports law and put forth their opinions on various laws related to the same.
The goal of this competition is to foster a constructive discussion about sports law and the intricacies of sports and doping by enlisting the studentsâ creative perspective.

Mr. Bheem Singh is working as a Deputy Manager (Law) in the Arbitration Cell of POWERGRID & Posted at the corporate Centre/Head Office at Gurgaon. He has a stellar academic record wherein he pursued LL. B (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University in the year 2009-2012, LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University in the year 2012-2014, UGC-NET (2013) JRF-2014 and enrolled in PhD. Program in 2015 of Banaras Hindu University.

During his training, he got myriad exposure to law and working of corporations while getting posted at different Regional Headquarters situated across the country. ABOUT
The National Commission for Women (NCW) is the statutory body of the Government of India, generally concerned with advising the government on all policy matters affecting women. It was established on January 31, 1992 under the provisions of the Indian Constitution, as defined in the 1990 National Commission for Women Act.
The objective of the NCW is to represent the rights of women in India and to provide a voice for their issues and concerns. The subjects of their campaigns have included dowry, politics, religion, equal representation for women in jobs, and the exploitation of women for labour. They have also discussed police abuses against women.

National Seminar is being held on the theme âWomen in Paramilitary Forces â Achieving Gender Equality Through Gender Sensitization.â
