About the Responsibilities
Varahe Analytics is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Political Associate (South India) for its Bengaluru and Delhi locations.
As a candidate you are required to:-
- High degrees of confidentiality must also be maintained, along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a rigorous adherence to documentation norms and deadlines.
- They monitor all significant political and socioeconomic changes in their allocated region and maintain a comprehensive perspective on politics in the state and country.
- To understand the social and political context of the area, conduct in-depth primary research using interviews, focus groups, focus groups, interviews, and investigative approaches.
- Create extensive analyses and insights on the state and constituency using secondary research techniques to communicate historical and contemporary political scenarios and changes.
- Professionally interact with teams and individuals on the client side while adhering to all applicable protocols.

Eligibility
- educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Professional English fluency plus any one of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam
- willingness to work hard and diligently travel
- Must be proficient in logic, reading comprehension, and data analysis.
- Logic in thinking and the capacity to organise documents
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- basic knowledge of politics and the characteristics of Indian democracy
- basic knowledge of the Office suite and the G suite of programmes
- the capacity to manage numerous activities, assure their timely completion, and do so while working in a team context
