The faculty and Research Scholars of any University/Institutions/affiliated Colleges across India are invited to send their contribution of Research Papers to the given mail id on the below guidelines:
The Research Manuscript should be strictly on APA Format.
The Research Manuscript should ideally not go beyond 10-12 pages.
The Manuscript should be written in British English with Font size 12, Times New Roman.
The first page of the Manuscript should list the Author(s) Name, Designation and affiliation with email ID, and contact number.

About Jigyasa 18th National Research Paper Contest for Students
The institute is organizing its 18th National resource paper contest for the students for future managers. The contest aims to explore basic dimensions of research in the field of managerial economics and law the participants are required to submit the research paper on the topic of their choice from any functional area of Management economics and law.
The panel of subject experts will review the paper for the contest and the selected paper will be called for presentation on or before the panel on February 20th 2022.
Registration fee for a team of maximum two students is: Rs.250 rupees (Non-refundable).
Submission Guidelines
Eligibility criteria- contest is open to all the students of MBA/ BBA/B. Com law in any area of specialisation or equivalent professional programs from India and abroad.
Two students can form a team; however paper with Soul authorship is also acceptable.
Not more than three papers can be accepted from a particular institution.
Last date to submit the research paper is on or beforeJanuary 30, 2022.
Research paper should be tied in a compatible manner of MS Excel format with 1.5 line spacing not exceeding three thousand words and should be submitted in a soft copy through email.
The research paper should be routed through the head of the institution.
Each submission shall consist the name of the author bio data in brief address email and telephonic number on a separate cover sheet.
The research paper should be formatted in abstract and introduction objectives, method covering, design, simple size tool, used for direct data collection and analysis results discussion implications and differences.
The institute decision selection of paper will be final decision will be intimated to the participants by 8thof February 2022 the selected participants will be required to make presentation and the mode of presentation will be hybrid.
While presenting the research paper institutes identity should not be disclosed.
The research paper will be the property of the host institution the selected paper likely to be published either in the journal of the institute or separately as monograph.

Taxation is often perceived as a vast & highly complicated subject requiring considerable expertise and many law graduates are seen to be reluctant in taking up taxation as their area of practice. Consequently, the practice of taxation is restricted to a limited set of advocates though taxation laws are one of the most extensively applicable laws in India. In order to develop the next generation of taxation practitioners, it is imperative that law students are given a practical legal platform and this Taxation Moot by School of Excellence in Law, Chennai aims to do just that.
Late Shri. K.R. Ramamani was a legal giant in the field of taxation and was well known throughout India, especially in the south, for his legal acumen and expertise in the field of taxation. He was sought after by people from all walks of life for his expertise and was often referred to as âPalkhivala of the Southâ. He led the prestigious Subbaraya Aiyar, Padmanabhan & Ramamani (S.A.P.R) Advocates (http://saprlaw.com) firm to great heights.
His commitment towards the legal profession, in-depth understanding of the law and his interest in teaching the future generation despite his busy schedule made him a lawyer par excellence. There can be no better way of remembering the memory of perhaps one of the most eminent taxation lawyers in India than by conducting a National Tax Moot Court Competition in his name.
So, in a fitting tribute to Late Shri. K.R. Ramamani, the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai in association with S.A.P.R. Advocates started a National level Taxation Moot Court Competition back in 2010 with an aim of providing the participants a high-quality moot experience focused on taxation. They are now organizing the 12th edition of the K.R.Ramamani Taxation Moot Court Competition & 12th V.S. Sundaram Research Paper Competition, 2022 (http://www.krrtaxmoot.com).
The Competition is set to take place in a hybrid form. Virtually through the video conferencing application âGoogle Meetâ⢠on 24th-27th February 2022.
The Final Round of the 12th K.R. Ramamani Memorial Taxation National Moot Court Competition 2022 will be held on 6th March 2022 at the School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Taramani, Chennai â 600113.
The felicitation of the winners of the V.S.Sundaram Research Paper Competition, 2022 will happen during the valedictory ceremony on March 6, 2022.
This edition will be graced by Sitting Justices of Honâble Supreme Court and Honâble High Court of Madras, Members of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal as well as leading lawyers and accountants.

Team Eligibility and Composition
Participation is strictly restricted to bona fide law students enrolled in the three-year or five-year LL.B. or B.L. degree course in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Only one team is permitted to participate from each registered institution.
Each team shall comprise of a minimum of two and a maximum of three members. In a team consisting of two members, each of the members shall be designated as âSpeakerâ. In a team consisting of three members, two of the members shall be designated as âSpeakerâ and the third member shall be designated as âResearcherâ.

Kathmandu School of Law Review (KSLR) shall be the Administrator of this competition for all purposes.
About the International Research Paper Writing Competition (IRPWC)
KSLR is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access and faculty-student edited flagship journal of Kathmandu School of Law. It aspires to become one of the growth-stimulators for the budding legal scholarship in Nepal, by publishing quality and balanced contents of local, national, regional, international, and universal value. Although KSLR uses a wide-angle lens and acknowledges that its publications may be instrumental for everyone and every field of scientific inquiry, it primarily aims to be an enabling and accessible publication for scholars and professionals who have stakes in the field of law and legal studies. To this end, KSLR conceived the IRPWC in 2020 specifically as a competitive and incentivised opportunity for emerging scholars and professionals. We believe that the 1st IRPWC, themed âInternational Order Post COVID-19â, was a prodigious stride towards our aim, to continue which, KSLR announces the commencement of the 2nd IRPWC, and invites submissions within the theme of:

Sample Issues
Following is a sample (non-exhaustive list) of broader issues based on which specific topics for research may be formulated:
Issues within the definition and classification of âmigrationâ and âmigrantsâ;
Issues within various international legal frameworks applicable to human migration. These include: human rights law, international labour standards, refugee law, the law against transnational organised crimes, environment law (notably the law on climate change), humanitarian law, international health regulation, and such;
Relativism in law, policies and practices among states of origin, transit and destination, and the consequential gaps in protection of migrants;
The role and functions of inter-governmental organisations and the national government(s) in managing human migration and protecting migrants;
Accountability of non-state actors;
Legal and policy amendments to address the disruptions in and emerging
patterns of human migration in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic.
Eligibility for Authorship
The competition is open to students enrolled in bachelors, masters or Ph.D. level of studies, research scholars, and early career academicians with no more than 7 years of experience in their profession.
A paper may have up to three authors.
Only one submission is allowed per author.
Registration Procedure and Deadline
Registration for the competition shall be free of cost.
Submission of the research paper shall automatically register author(s) for the competition.
The deadline for submission of the research paper, without any exception, is 20 December 2021, 11:59 PM NPT (GMT +5:45).
Formatting and Styling
The research paper should be submitted as a Word file (.doc/.docx) at the link specified above.
The Word file should be named in the following manner:

The research paper should be in English. It may be in any standard form of English.
The word limit for the research paper is 10,000 words. This includes an abstract of 200-300 words, annex (if any) and footnotes.
Plagiarism and Referencing
The research paper should be the original work of the author(s).
The research paper should not have been published elsewhere in significant parts or as a whole. If it has been submitted elsewhere for consideration for publication, the submission must be retracted before submission at IRPWC, and the proof of retraction must be submitted.
The best paper with the highest scores will receive a corresponding certificate and a cash prize of US $150/- (Inclusive of bank transfer charges wherever applicable).
The second-best paper with the second-highest scores will receive a corresponding certificate and a cash prize of US $100/- (Inclusive of bank transfer charges wherever applicable).
The third best paper with the third highest scores will receive a corresponding certificate and a cash prize of US $50/- (Inclusive of bank transfer charges wherever applicable).
Each outstanding paper falling short of three best scores will be awarded an âHonorary Mentionâ and receive a corresponding certificate.
All remaining participants who reach the second round of evaluation will receive a corresponding certificate of participation. Participants who do not reach the second round of evaluation will not receive a certificate of participation.
