  • Candidates should not have been arrested, convicted or prosecuted on criminal charges.
  • If there is no vacancy for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy)/EWS category candidates, in such case, reserved category candidates can apply as unreserved, however, they will not be eligible for any age and passing marks concession/relaxation. Selection Process

  • The selection of Officer recruits is based on an all-India order of merit which is based on the performance of candidate in various stages (I – V) of examination and the number of vacancies available for the post.
  • Clearing of Stage I, II, III, IV and V is compulsory for recruitment in ICG.

About the Internship 

The world is no stranger to the surging unemployment rate globally and the rate is higher among the youth. 1 in 6 Youth have stopped working since the onset of COVID 19. In India specifically, Unemployment rate @ Urban Area is still at 11.2% (CMIE). These developments are particularly detrimental to youth as their employment prospects, relative to older and experienced workers, are more sensitive to economic downturns.
