Eligibility

• Though students in the 3rd year or above (for 5-year course) and the 2nd year or above (for 3 year course) are preferred, a 2nd year student (for 5 year course) may also apply for this position.
• The office would not entertain the applications of 1st-year students, irrespective of their course.

Internship Duration

The duration of the internship is going to be a minimum 1 month, for March and April 2023 which is extendable subject to the performance of the intern and the availability of slots.

Roles and Responsibilities

The nature of work will be research and drafting, as well as assisting in the drafting of, petitions, pleadings, agreements and notices. The intern(s) shall also accompany the advocates to courts and tribunals.

About Job

To provide legal advice, guidance and support to the Asset Management Entity in India, including review of product documentation, agreements and contracts, litigation, scheme documentation, and such other matters as deemed appropriate from a Legal FIM perspective to ensure that the Group’s exposure to legal risk is managed within the said business. The jobholder assists the Associate General Counsel – INM in managing legal risk across AMIN in accordance with established policies and procedures.
