Drafting an analysis of one legal judgment per day passed by the apex court or high court
Analyzing weekly important judgments and key happenings

Abstract Format
The Abstract shall not exceed 500 words.
The first page of the submission must contain the title of the paper, the name of the author(s) along with a Cover Letter.
The abstract should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, and footnotes (if any) in Times New Roman, font size 10, with single line spacing.
The texts and footnotes must conform to OSCOLA 4th Edition.
Only One Co-authorship is allowed.
The Abstract should be followed by an Outline of the Article with a brief Discussion.
The submission of the abstract must be in (.doc) or (.docx)
The submission should contain a disclaimer to the effect that the piece is original and has not been published or is under consideration, for publication, elsewhere.

ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Vox Anatolis National Moot Court Competition (âThe Voice of the Eastâ) is one of the flagship moot court competitions organized by the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. The proposition for the competition revolves around the theme concerning the Northeastern region of the country based on the issues and the questions of law related to the region which has helped the moot carve out a niche and hence, this moot court competition provides a great opportunity to the students to research on such legal issues and provides a meaningful platform to present such legal nuances. In its previous editions, Vox Anatolis has delved into the contentious issues relating to the region such as the Citizenship Amendment Act and the National Register of Citizens.
This year we are collaborating with the Assam State Biodiversity Board, in lieu of their attempts to spread awareness about Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) Regulations 2014 and Fair and Equitable Benefit Sharing. This yearâs moot proposition also revolves around the nuances of the ABS Regulations, 2014, and Fair and Equitable Benefit Sharing.
The moot problem for this edition has been drafted by Irfan Hasieb, Advocate, Delhi High Court.

PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION

The rewards for the participants stand as follows-
The team with the highest cumulative score in the Final Round will be declared as the âWinning Teamâ and shall be awarded the âWinnersâ Trophy.
The team with the second-highest score will be declared the âRunners-up Teamâ and shall be awarded the âRunners-Upsâ Trophy.
The speaker with the highest individual oral round score in the Preliminary Round will be declared the âBest Speakerâ and shall be awarded the âBest Speakerâ Trophy.
The researcher with the highest researcher test score will be declared the âBest Researcherâ and shall be awarded the âBest Researcherâ Trophy.
The team with the highest marks obtained on their written submissions will be declared as the âBest Memorialâ and shall be awarded the âBest Memorialâ Trophy.
