Job description/ Qualifications
1. Lawyer having 1-3 years of PQE in general corporate advisory, drafting contracts, due diligence, and transactions.
2. The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
3. Have the capability to avail opportunities to innovate and should be willing to explore new areas of practice.
