About the Company

Imran Ali is a New Delhi-based lawyer who practises law. He is a member of the Delhi Bar Council and the Indian Bar Council. He is a “Member-Legal” of CARA, which is part of the Ministry of Women and Child Development of India. Criminal Law, Civil Suits, Family Law, Writs, Media Law, and Human Rights are among his areas of specialisation. He has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as well as several High Courts across the country on a regular basis. He is particularly interested in criminal trials. He also filed and testified in a number of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) cases before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He serves as a legal counsel to a number of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that focus on social and human rights concerns.

About the Responsibilities

Advocate (Junior Lawyer) for Litigation Work

Location

Office at GK-II, New Delhi.

Eligibility

Good command over Legal Language and drafting.
Minimum 2-3 year of Litigation work.
