We are looking for graduates in law having 0-2 years of practice, freshers preferred, for handling litigation cases, research work, drafting, client engagement and general legal practice, primarily for the following Courts and Tribunals:
- Hon’ble High Court of Judicature, Allahabad, Sitting at Lucknow.
- Learned Civil Court, Lucknow.
- Learned Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Lucknow.
- Learned State and District Consumer Forums, Lucknow.
Details:
- Litigation practice is a full-time engagement.
- Timings: 10-4 Court timings, modified day to day, thereafter 6.30 pm to 9 pm chambers/on-site preparation.
- Junior Counsels at our chambers are not our employees but fellow colleagues (partners) so they are free to handle their own cases provided the preparation for the case and client conferences are held at the on-site chambers situated in Hazratganj, Lucknow.
- Stipend will be offered as per the general norm in the State of Uttar Pradesh surrounding Junior Counsels.
