JOB DESCRIPTION

Thukral Law Associates is looking for a suitable candidate for the post of ‘SENIOR ASSOCIATE’ with an experience of 5 to 7 years in core litigation whose experience has been primarily focused on Court appearances, Drafting, solid legal understanding, ability to draft and review all kinds of cases independently. Apart from the above, he must also be well versed in office management, client dealings and supporting junior associates.

• Designation: Senior Associate (Litigation)
• Experience: Candidate shall have relevant PQE of 3 to 7 years
• Remuneration: 30,000/- to 75,000/- (depending upon the calibre of the person)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting, Vetting and Reviewing of Plaints, Written Statements, Petitions, Writs, Applications, etc.
• Candidate should have relevant exposure to attending and addressing Courts
  (District Courts, High Court and Supreme Court)
• Ability to operate and flex in an ambiguous and changing environment to respond to emerging priorities
• Experience in working to deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs
• Client Management, Office and Staff Management
• Relevant exposure in filing cases and compliances of Court orders.
