Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) is a state-level public law school and a National Law University in Patna, Bihar, India. It was established in 2006 with the aim to evolve and impart comprehensive legal education to students, provide advanced studies and legal research and promote legal awareness in the community.

This shall be an OPEN tournament (i.e., people who have completed their Under-Graduate or Post-Graduate studies or are not affiliated to any institution can apply) along with Cross Teams, Novice Category while being a Pre-UADC Tournament.
Registration Fees
INR 2,500 per person for Debaters and Adjudicators, independent and/or institutional.
The fees include accommodation and food for 3 days.

ABOUT
Sathyabama is a prestigious institution which excels in the fields of Engineering, Science and Technology for more than three successful decades. It offers multidisciplinary academic programmes in various fields of Engineering, Science, Technology, law, Dental Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Management, Arts and Science and Allied Health Sciences. The Institution persistently seeks and adopts innovative methods to improve the quality of higher education and is responsive to the changes taking place in the field of education on a global scale.
OBJECTIVES OF DEBATE
To promote the art of debate and eloquence among students.
To provide a significant training ground for the development of students with regard to their communicative abilities.
To create learning situations in which students develop proficiencies based on sound educational and communicational theories.
To understand and communicate various forms of arguments effectively in a variety of context.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Participants are required to submit their Covid Vaccination Certificate (two doses) on their arrival to the venue of competition.
Participants are strictly advised to wear mask and maintain social distancing among the fellow participants and the organizers.
Participants are requested to bring their college ID (Identity) Cards with them.
Last minute registration for participating in the 4th National Debate Competition will also be encouraged.
Once the registration is completed registration fee will not be refunded.
There is no restriction on number of participants from the same institution.
The awards, certificates of merit and certificates of participation shall be given during the valedictory ceremony. No certificate will be given to the team before or after the valedictory function.
All decisions by the organizers will be final and the organizers may make such as rules and regulation at any point as they deem fit.

The 4th National Debate Competition shall be held on 08th of July at SATHYABAMA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, CHENNAI.

About the Parliamentary Debate Competition, La-Liberta
LITIGIUM, The Student-governed Debating Society of JLU School of Law, Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal is organizing its Inaugural edition of Parliamentary Debate Competition “LA-LIBERTA 2.0”, which is scheduled from 27th to 29th November, 2021.
The aim of this Competition is to foster the debating culture in the Educational Institutes participating. This competition is a golden opportunity for all the debaters who wish to improve their Debating Skills and develop their overall personality.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to the Students enrolled in U.G. & P.G. Courses.
Format
The format of the debate will be Asian Parliamentary Debate (AP). Each participating team must consist of three students (Institutional and Cross Institutional teams may register).Adjudicators for the competition may be institutional or independent.

About the Debate
They want to provide an excellent debating experience to prepare you for Nepal Australs 2021, with a stellar Core Adjudication Panel and enticing cash rewards. Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the event will be held online this year.
Eligibility
The tournament is open to all participants (Institutional contingents, Open/Cross teams, Independent Adjudicators) and we encourage international teams to apply as well.
