As an intern you are required to:-

• The primary purpose of this Associate Corporate Counsel will be to assist the AWS marketing and commercial development teams in India. The chosen applicant will be in charge of negotiating and drafting. and counselling on cloud IT service agreements with a wide range of clients, including startups and enterprises, as well as with our partner IT companies, support for regional marketing, training, and consulting activities related to digital transformation, and acting as a mentor for senior management and other members of the business team. In addition to managing legal difficulties that arise in ongoing business relationships and complex regulatory challenges, the function also involves engaging in other Amazon legal projects as required.

The Jindal Global Law School’s Center for Justice, Law, and Society (CJLS) is an interdisciplinary research centre that critically examines current issues at the nexus of law, justice, society, and marginalisation in South Asia. A group of academics, activists, and students working together on the CJLS project are conducting high-quality empirical and theoretical research.
