Job Description

LEXLEGAL is a multi-disciplinary law firm with its core areas of practice as Banking & Finance, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Cross Border Transactions, White Collar Crimes & Compliance and Dispute Resolution- Arbitration & Litigation.

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills and excellent drafting skills with attention to detail. Experience in transaction negotiations on behalf of

clients.

• Conducting Due Diligence

• Basic knowledge in SARFESI, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Arbitration &

Conciliation. • Work may involve projects in other areas, including

areas involving unfamiliar subject matters • Good research skills

Qualifications

•LLB-5 years/3 years 1-3 years PQE

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
