Experience	5-7 Yrs
Type of Experience	Coordinate with legal consultants, drafting & execution of various pleadings including but not limited to applications, suits, reply, rejoinder, affidavits, evidence, appeal, counter affidavit etc. before appropriate court of law,Support other departments and Interface with contractual partners,Provide quality and timely legal advice.Prepare strategy to effectively manage the litigation of the zone at all the forums i.e. consumer courts, RERA, High Court, Supreme Courtproficiency in use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, good knowledge of real estate laws, RERA laws, consumer laws, CPC, CrPC, Indian Evidence Act, IPC and best industry practices,Ability to work hard and respond within tight deadlines, strong emphasis on good quality, timely and well-presented document, strong ability to plan, multi-task and organize routine work,Ability to research case materials and find relevant references/ citations
