Job Description (Specialist- Legal)
- Contract Management: Drafting, vetting, and negotiating on all sorts of contracts (IT software, business, procurement, lease deeds, Global Master Service Agreement, SOPs, SLAs, Letter of Intents, Memorandum of Understandings, RFPs, SOW’s, amendments etc., responding to tender documents) with customers and vendors, conducting training on contract clauses for business and operations teams
- Assisting and advising businesses on various issues having legal implications and drafting suitable responses for the business and operations team to appropriately respond to customers
- Statutory Compliances, data privacy laws, FSSAI, labor, contract, and employment laws
- Conducting Board and General Meetings and ensuring corporate secretarial compliances
- Acquisition of the company and Mergers, FEMA compliances, data privacy laws
- Rights Issue and Preferential Allotment, name change, and other secretarial compliances
- Providing regular legal updates as part of the Management team both in India and globally
· Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct detailed due diligence, along with identifying the trends in various sectors through primary and secondary research and build a steady pipeline of new prospects basis the investment thesis to
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law and Company Secretary)
- 2-4 years of prior work experience.
- Specialized in Corporate Law- Real estate, Mining, Logistics, Healthcare etc
