Abbasi & Associates – law firm based in New Delhi, is looking for a Junior Associate to join our team. We provide broad range of legal services to our clients of all types and sizes, from individual entrepreneurs to multinational corporations.

Main responsibilities:

* Client Servicing for Corporate Sector;
* Preparation of the corporate documentation;
* Preparation of standard contracts;
* Organisation of attestation of necessary documents;
* Filing of legal documents.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in a related role.
* Should Possess Law Degree from the recognized Universities in the Indian Union and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.
* Should have own vehicle.
* Proficiency in English speaking and writing.

Remuneration:

* Monthly remuneration will be Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25,000/-
