About the Responsibilities
For our Mumbai office, we have an urgent need for a legal associate with litigation experience.
Eligibility
- 2-4 years of experience following qualification in: IBC Banking matters – DRT/SARAFAESI Section 138 Commercial Suits Summary Suits Arbitration
- demonstrated skill in planning lawsuit strategies
- Must have prior litigation management, initiating, and defending expertise with a strong focus on case resolution.
- a track record of resolving legal cases successfully
- Excellent speech and communication abilities ought to have honed them in Mumbai courts.
