The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, liasoning with authorities for procuring and renewing various licenses for the business.


  • Sound knowledge on FSSAI and LMA laws
  • Briefing advocates on litigation matters, handling court matters in consultation with external counsels
  • Drafting reply to notices to authorities, customers, drafting recovery and other notices on behalf of company
  • Drafting and vetting of various agreements, deeds, documents including commercial/vendor agreements, leave and license agreements.
  • Maintaining MIS and various trackers
  • Presentations for board meetings


  • LLB/LLM – 3 to 6 years’ experience 
  • Good oral and written communication skills
