About the Organization
Founded in 2009, Tabish Sarosh & Associates is a renowned Indian law business with offices in Delhi and a staff of highly qualified, seasoned, and devoted attorneys. As a full-service (lawyer Service) law practise with a focus on legal consulting, we handle criminal and civil litigation in district courts, high courts, and the Supreme Court of India. Above all, we take great delight in treating each case holistically, treating our clients with the utmost respect and consideration.
Our firm also actively participates in working for a number of panels, including those for the Delhi Police, the All India Legal Aid Cell on Child Rights, the Delhi Minorities Commission, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the P. N. D. T., West District, and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. In addition, we provide lectures on the POCSO Act, Domestic Violence Act, Juvenile Justice Act, and other laws at various NGOs, such as Prayas, Janhit, Nutan, Ashmita, and others, to inform members of society about their rights. The team is headed by Senior Attorney Mr. Tabish Sarosh, who earned his LL.M. in criminal law from National Law University in Jodhpur and is also a researcher at Amity University in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on the subject of “Fast Track Justice in India with Reference to Sexual Offenses.” In addition, he earned his postgraduate credential in forensic science from Delhi University’s Department of Anthropology. He has nine years of experience as a criminal defence attorney with the Delhi State Legal Service Authority. He is also a member of the High Court of Delhi’s All India Legal Cell on Child Rights.
