About the organisation

Centre for Accountability and Systemic Change (CASC) is an independent think tank based out of New Delhi. A non-political, not for profit organization, CASC works towards rationalization and enforcement of laws for better governance. At CASC, we assist the government in the policy framework, while also monitor their performance and hold them accountable for their actions and inactions.

About the internship

CASC focuses on policies relating to Cyber Governance, Election Reforms, Environmental Protection, Governance, Judicial Reforms, Legislative Reforms, Police Reforms, Prison Reforms and Public Accountability.

An intern is allocated both short term and long term tasks relating to the different issues in the aforementioned subjects. The main tasks are researching for, and drafting reports, representations, petitions etc. Interns are also acknowledged
in the books published by CASC.

At CASC, there is no dress code. We have Monday to Saturday working, from 9:30 AM to 7 PM. The office also has in house table tennis.

Qualifications and Skills Required

It is expected out of the intern to possess the following skills:

  • Google Advanced Search
  • SCC Online
  • MS-Word

Number of Interns Required

The maximum number of interns required in a month is 4 (Four).

The office is at a walking distance from Green Park Metro Station in New Delhi.

Who can apply?

We are providing internship opportunity to Under-Graduates (3rd year and above) and Post-Graduate Law students on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Stipend

Interns performing exceptionally are provided with a stipend.

Duration of internship

It is mandatory to intern for a minimum duration of 4 weeks.
