The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, liasoning with authorities for procuring and renewing various licenses for the business.
Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge on FSSAI and LMA laws
- Briefing advocates on litigation matters, handling court matters in consultation with external counsels
- Drafting reply to notices to authorities, customers, drafting recovery and other notices on behalf of company
- Drafting and vetting of various agreements, deeds, documents including commercial/vendor agreements, leave and license agreements.
- Maintaining MIS and various trackers
- Presentations for board meetings
Qualifications
- LLB/LLM – 3 to 6 years’ experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
