JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Selected Candidates will be a part of the Legal Team of Tata Communications
- Work on commercial, procurement real estate matters.
- Support business and user teams in review, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation.
- Render contracts related support to the litigation, compliance, and regulatory teams.
- Support general corporate and administrative activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Academic Background and Degree of Law from the University
- Minimum Experience of 8 to 10 Years in Corporate Commercial Law.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in contract management in Telecom or IT sector
- Good Negotiation and Communication Skills
- Good Time Management Skills
- Proficient in Ms office

Mumbai or Delhi
