Yukti currently handle matters related to IPR law, property and commercial law, consumer laws, and criminal law.

About the Internship Opportunity

As a team of young lawyers with a keen interest in practising law, Yukti aims for building a team that conducts extensive research in the industry, in furtherance of which they are inviting internship applications.

Roles and responsibilities

• Dealing with IPR fillings
• Handling documentation for ongoing cases
• Conducting legal research on law points for cases
• Overseeing the Social Media presenceD
• Drafting of Agreements, MoUs, contracts, etc.
• Handling of reporting to clients

Eligibility

Applications are invited from law students pursuing 3rd year and above in 5-year law programme or 2nd year onwards in 3-year law programme.

Required Skills

Applicants must be skilled in using MS Office, in legal drafting, English proficiency and well-versed with citation styles.

Duration

• Yukti is looking to hire interns for a duration of one month
• The position is available in different months Applications may be made depending on candidate’s availability:
  • May 10 to June 10, 2022
  • June 5 to July 5, 2022
  • July 1 to July 31, 2022

Stipend

Based on performance and choice of mode of internship made by the applicant

Mode of Internship

Preferable offline (applications for an online mode are also welcome)

Perks

Candidates who successfully complete the internship would receive an internship certificate, stipend and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)

• A writing sample of the candidate must be attached with the application.
