Job Description
Lex Chambers, New Delhi Office, is looking for colleagues for the following –
– Corporate Commercial
Looking for one colleague with PQE of 4-5 years with experience of having handled M&A and transactional work
– General Corporate
Looking for three colleagues with PQE of 1-2 years of drafting, vetting and end to end closure of general contracts
– Real Estate
Looking for three colleagues with PQE of 2-3 years of having undertaken legal title due diligence, generation of diligence reports, drafting and vetting of related documents, lease deeds apart from being familiar with negotiations with counter party
– Litigation
Looking for two colleagues with PQE of 1-2 years of having court exposure including experience in drafting, legal research and general advisory
