We are looking for a talented young corporate lawyer to meet the firm’s growing corporate practice. The role involves working on commercial and intellectual property related transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with or being a part of corporate transactions like venture capital funding, business transfers, mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Legal writing
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year’s work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
