LCT Law Offices specializes in advising Indian and international businesses on corporate commercial transactions, general corporate advisory, early stage capital and other start up activities, private equity and venture capital funding, privacy and data protection, intellectual property and employment laws.
We seek legally trained and qualified lawyers with the following attributes for our Bangalore offices:
1) 2 to 4 years’ PQE;
2) Bachelors in Law from a good law university in India;
3) General corporate/commercial and PE/VC experience;
4) Commercially minded.
A successful candidate will possess the ability to work independently, draft, review and negotiate corporate commercial and transaction documents; and provide ongoing legal counsel (corporate, regulatory and compliance) to clients. A strong background in the technology sector will be a plus.
A successful candidate will have excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged; and demonstrate sound judgment within the scope of duties.
