About the Organizers

DME is a prestigious ‘A’ grade academic institution affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) in New Delhi. DME offers legal, management, and journalism programs, with the law courses being recognized by the Bar Council of India. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) curriculum at DME Management School is a three-year (6-semester) intense programme. It’s a highly qualified program that goes further than textbook learning. The objective of this course is to improve managing abilities. DME offers a variety of options for learners to study more about real-world business scenarios. They host professional seminars on management subjects delivered by well-known industry figures. About the Conference

In the Metaverse, FinTech is a multifaceted domain of technical connections that maps the technical face of the economic world. FinTech is transforming the landscape of business and commerce in the international market in the fields of investments and transactions due to its quick developments and expansion. The rising online world and role of tech has piqued the attention of FinTech companies in delivering financial services in a society that has altered dramatically. With the maturation of FinTech enterprises in Virtual world, additional prospects for diversified income sources and thus development are opening up. The DME Management School is organizing a conference from 11th – 12th November 2022 which attempts to provide a full understanding of the use of financial technologies in metaverse management and thus provide a forum for businesses, universities, and researchers to discuss this rapidly rising field.   • The publication will go through a rigorous double-blind peer review procedure.
  • Turnitin will be used to check for plagiarism. The maximum percentage allowed is 15%.

Guidelines for Authors

Manuscript Title: The headline should be precise and comprehensive, and it should include details about the paper’s substance.

Author(s):For each author, include their full name and association with the organisation. Research Paper Abstract: The abstract should provide brief info about the manuscript’s contents, methodology, results, and conclusions. There should be no more than 200 words.

Extended Abstract: The extended abstract will cover the entire substance of the manuscript, as well as the methodology used, the outcomes, and the conclusions. A minimum of 1000 words is required.

Keywords: Include up to 5-6 words that describe the article to the readers.

Referencing:APA (7th Edition)

Word limit: 4000–6000 words (depending on the journal for which the abstract is accepted).

ABOUT THE LEGAL AID CLINIC

The Legal Aid Clinic of any law school is one of the most important student bodies with an attitude to impart the students an enriching experience by providing them with practical exposure that goes hand in hand with the academics. The committee aims to mould well informed and aware citizens of the country on women rights and provide room of discourse, dissent, and discussion in the student community. The Legal Aid Clinic at Central University of South Bihar under the astute guidance of Faculty Coordinator Dr. Deo Narayan Singh, Assistant Professor, SLG, CUSB is in its 9th year of continuous functioning since its inception. The Legal Aid Clinic has organized prison visits and conducted various social awareness programs in schools and villages. National Conferences & Quiz competitions have also been organized to raise awareness about importance of legal services among the budding lawyers.

ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL E-CONFERENCE

The conference will comprise of eminent resource persons from India & foreign who shall be delivering lectures on the ongoing trends in the area of Consumer law practice and advocacy. The students of law will get benefitted through this seminar along with gaining knowledge on the worldwide happenings around consumer law. The earlier Act of Consumer law (1986 Act) has been repealed by the new Act of 2019. Series of new addition has been brought through the new Act. The students who had learnt the consumer law before 2019 enactment would receive insights about the changes ushered in by the new Act and would learn about the emerging trends in this area.

The speakers for this event are reputed authorities in the area of Consumer Law. We are proposing the illuminating upcoming experience to students of law as a whole. The seminar is being conducted at an international level to provide the young law students with exposure and great value addition.

About University School Of Law And Legal Studies

 Established in 2001, USLLS’s objective was to run Five Year Integrated Professional Law Course and to serve as an institution of advanced legal studies. It was the first University Law School established in the vicinity of the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various subordinate courts, commissions, tribunals and various monitoring offices of national and international voluntary organizations. Its Faculty is selected prescribing higher qualification than the University Grants Commission (UGC). Admissions are made on the basis of Common Entrance Test; the intake every year is 60. It also offers LL.M, Ph.D. and Post Doctoral research facilities in law.

A country must have a proper set of laws and policies in place to satisfy economic objectives. These laws and policies must protect the economic system and provide adequate procedures. As a result, the era necessitates effective laws and their implementation in the legal system.

As a result, striking a balance between economic endeavours and legal limits is critical. The goal of this conference is to provide a welcoming environment for academicians, researchers, law students, and legal practitioners to engage in discussions and debates on economic and legal developments and how they might contribute to the formation of a new India.

Guidelines for Conference Paper

  • Length of full paper: Not more than 6,000 words (including footnotes)
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 (Line spacing 1.5 and alignment “justify” with 1″ margin on all sides)
  • Foot Notes: must be in Font “Times New Roman”, font size 10. All submissions must follow the Blue Book standard (21 st Edition) of reference. Endnotes are not allowed.
  • Research paper must highlight specific research problems/Issues and appropriate research methodology.
  • Every research paper must contain the Abstract.
  • Authors are requested to provide their brief profile with E-mail ID, contact number and affiliation at the end of the paper
