Responsibilities
They are looking for a senior associate who is interested in corporate litigation. Any aspiring candidate should be in a position to handle and argue cases independently. The work profile will include briefing counsels, arguing matters, managing the matters independently and every aspect of a court case. The appearance will generally be in NCLT, NCLAT and other Tribunals/courts. We deal with corporate laws, so basic knowledge of corporate laws is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in attending and arguing matters in court on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Law Degree and Sanad
- 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional qualifications(not mandatory but desirable)
- A degree/diploma in corporate law, if any
- CS/CA Degree or a person who has cleared one/more stages of CS/CA
