Educational Qualification

LLB Degree and should be enrolled as an advocate (0-2 years), CA, CS (0-2 years).

The candidate should be a legal professional or company secretary or chartered accountant or insolvency professional based in Ernakulam having attention to detail, good communication skills, and interest in the following areas of legal practice:

• Insolvency & bankruptcy practice (transaction & litigation)
• Fintech (advisory, contracts & regulatory)
• Commercial Contracts, Legal Research, and drafting
• Technology law and intellectual property rights matter
