Primary Responsibilities:
Summary extraction for all types of contracts. Quality control assessment of extracted summary by rest of the team members Uploading of extracted summary to respective terms in a contract on internal application
Deployment of contract on internal application Played key role in help improve extraction process by way of building up efficiency, suggestion of new sub terms, improvement in paraphrasing etc. Commitment applicability check Worked directly with the LPO for preparation and sharing of Dockets, clarification on contracts and extraction, Upload status check
M&A:
Review all the M&A contracts
Upload all the valid contracts
Communicate with SPOCs for team collation and due follow-ups to ensure collation
Preparation and sharing of Dockets
Manage and setup summary sign off calls
