Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on real estate projects.
- Perform a thorough examination of property-related documents.
- Prepare detailed reports on due diligence findings to be shared with investors.
- Engage in extensive legal research pertaining to the real estate sector.
- Develop a thorough understanding and ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA Act).
- Collaborate with our team to ensure all legal and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified lawyer; experience in real estate or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of the RERA Act and its application.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of producing thorough and accurate reports.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Tenure
This is a two-month remote internship.
Stipend
They are offering a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.
