Kunal Khanna and Co. is looking for interns for the months of February to May 2023. The mode of the internship will be offline.

Number of Positions

Office Internship- 2 (Two) Per Month

Duration

Preferably 8 weeks; minimum 4 weeks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drafting of plaints, written statements and various court applications.
Drafting of notices and evidence pertaining to trademark opposition.
Legal research work pertaining to ongoing cases.

Eligibility

Candidates studying in 3rd year and above in 5-year law school.
Candidates with prior internship experience in the field of IPR and Corporate/Commercial Law shall be preferred.

Required Skills

Outstanding command of the English language.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong strategic thinker.
