Agreements, Equipment Leasing Documents, Crossborder M.O.Us, Contracts, Mandates, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc.; Preparing legal review reports for all different projects primarily in Industrial, Infrastructure and Real estate sectors

Draft and reviewing crossborder agreements,
contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Well versed in drafting M.O.U, Agreement/Contract, Mandate, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc.
Ability to steward transactions independently from inception to execution.
