B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology , Chemistry or equivalent

Experience

A minimum of 6 months previous experience in Intellectual Property – Patents/ Technology industry

Summary

This position executes projects in diverse areas of technology and Patent Services, with primary focus on infringement analysis. The role involves understanding project requirements, identifying relevant products, preparing Evidence of Use Charts, and ensuring high quality deliverables for the clients.

Competencies at Level

Technical

· In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise

· Good knowledge of various Patent Services, including Prior Art Searching, Infringement Analysis, Patent Analytics, etc., as per the type of experience and exposure

· Knowledge of US Patent Law (35 USC § 101, 102, 112 etc.), as per the type of experience and exposure

· Ability to analyze complex issues and apply analytical thinking
