The Legislative Department under the Ministry of Law and justice is concerned with the drafting of principal legislation for the Central Government. India Code which consists of laws enacted from the previous century and which are in force in the territory of India are available on the net.

About the Job Opportunity

The Legislative Department proposes to engage 10 Legal Research Associates on a contract basis for a period of 1 year.

Number of Vacancies

10 (Ten)

Eligibility

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognised University or National Law University with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, in aggregate of all semesters/years up to final examination.
  • Age: Not more than 26 years as on 01.01.2022
  • Preference: Preference shall be given to those candidates who have experience in Legislative Drafting.

Procedure to Apply

The candidates are requested to submit a certificate from their college/university showing the formula for conversion of CGPA to percentage, where CGPA are mentioned in the final mark sheet. Failing this the application will be rejected.

Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application in enclosed proforma within 15 days of publication of this advertisement in the Newspaper.

Salary

Rs.25,000/- per month
