Role: Legal Associate
Responsibilities:
- Your responsibilities would extend across the entire business divisions of TM Ventures
- Drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements, end-to-end. You would be working with partners across the entire industry ecosystem, including Artists, Record Labels, Publishers, Films, Streaming, Short-Form Video Apps, OTT Platforms, Radio, TV Channels, Sync and Publishing, Collection Societies, Live Shows, Brands, Media, PR, and Marketing platforms
- Conduct sessions for each business division to explain legal implications of common practices, including fair use and copyright law
- Trademark applications
- Assisting HR with corporate compliance
Interpersonal Skills:
- Leadership qualities and an ability to work with internal/external teams across different functions
- Clear, crisp communication
- Excellent time management
Experience:
Experience of 4+ years working in a Legal role within the entertainment industry
