Shree Krishna Lath, a solicitor, notary, and advocate, had the idea for S.K. LATH & CO. ADVOCATES as a sole proprietorship in the years 1999 to 2000. He spent more than 30 years working with M/S. Khaitan & Co. in Kolkata. After Shree Krishna Lath passed away in 2003, Mr. Naveen Lath and Mr. Kapil Lath changed S.K. LATH & CO. ADVOCATES into a partnership firm. Since that time, the law firm has expanded significantly in terms of its area of practise and size while adhering to the tenets of providing the best possible client service and preserving client relationships. As our law firm celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2019–2020, we have developed a place in the real estate industry and are known as one of the top real estate law firms in Kolkata. Along with business sectors, banking, and project financing, we offer our legal knowledge in these areas as well.
