About the Responsibilities

Searching for a professional to join its Patent Prosecution department for the post of Patent Prosecution (Electronic & Communications, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

Location

Gurugram/Bengaluru/Chennai

Eligibility

The position will be favoured if candidates have first-hand experience in patent prosecution, a complete understanding of patent law and practise, broad techno-legal knowledge, the capacity to swiftly absorb and comprehend inventions, and experience presiding over hearings at the IPO. English proficiency in both written and spoken form is required.
Qual- B.E/B.Tech + Registered Indian Patent Agent (preferably with a degree in law);
Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in Patent Prosecution.
