JOB DESCRIPTION
- Job Designation: Associate
- Job Location: Mumbai office
- PQE: 2 to 4 years of experience
- The remuneration will be as per market standards and after considering the experience of the candidate.
QUALIFICATION
Experience in assisting and handling litigation matters before All Metropolitan Magistrates & Dist. Courts of Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Belapur CBD, Vasai as well as City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai, DRT, Consumer Courts, Arbitration Tribunal etc. and expert in the drafting of legal notices, replies, Civil recovery Suits, summary suits, Criminal Complaints, 138 NI Act Complaints, misc. applications etc.
