Job Location: New Delhi
Experience: 0-1 years

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work experience – 0 – 1 year
Conducting due diligence of the properties situated in the Delhi NCR region
Real estate transactional work related to drafting and vetting of documents such as lease deed, sale deed, relinquishment deed, etc;
Conducting encumbrance of the property at sub-registrar’s office;
Drafting of notices, letters, and opinions pertaining to real estate issues.
