About the Organization

Strategically situated, the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre in Hyderabad will save local and international investors a lot of money and time while also fostering an atmosphere that is friendly to business by guaranteeing a quick and efficient dispute resolution process. The Centre focuses on assisting in the resolution of commercial and legal issues by providing effective, affordable, and unbiased methods of removing barriers at different phases of the conflict’s life cycle in an effort to inspire trust within the business and investment community. In order to achieve this, the Centre offers both Arbitration and Mediation services. To do so, it combines outstanding client service, state-of-the-art technology, first-rate facilities, and highly qualified arbitrators and mediators to offer customised in-person, online, and hybrid conflict resolution services.The Center also promotes the use of mediation and arbitration through the procedures known as Arb-Med-Arb and Med-Arb, which allow parties to benefit from both methods of dispute settlement.

About the Responsibilities

It gives us great pleasure to announce that the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad, is now accepting applications for the IAMC Internship Program for the months of November and December 2022. The programme will provide you a better knowledge of the function and purpose of the IAMC Secretariat and give you an opportunity to learn from and connect with the leading domestic and worldwide professionals in arbitration and mediation.

As an intern you are required to: –

You will have the chance to contribute to IAMC’s work while you are a member, including helping the Secretariat with research projects on various subjects and actively participating in taking efforts to promote the Centre.

Time Period

2 weeks – 6 weeks. The programme can be in-person or virtual.

Eligibility

You may apply if you’re a law student presently enrolled. Students from abroad may also apply.
