About Alliance School of Law

Workshop Details 

Alliance School of Law takes immense pleasure in inviting you to the “National Workshop on Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing” to be held on 9th October, 2021. 

The objective is to develop drafting skills with a comprehensive understanding of a nexus between the law, the facts, and the language. The workshop will expose students to the basic principles of various pleadings and drafting documents that include conveyancing, part of the curriculum across Law Schools in India. Alliance School of Law has invited experienced experts from the industry to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

COURTROOM: The Law Society of Centre for Legal Studies (CLS), Gitarattan International Business School, Rohini, Delhi is organizing its 1st edition of Law Fiesta, “JUSTITIA”: The Virtual Lex Fiesta 2021 from 26th to 29th October 2021 in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority-North , Think India, ANZ LAWZ, Pratham. Being a post-pandemic activity, this year, the competition has been designed for all the students pursuing law courses at different University / Institute / College approved by Bar Council of India, on virtual mode.

The events in the fiesta are designed in such a way that different facts of learning are highlighted, and it will be an ecstasy to discover the talent amongst the students. The following events will take place:

1.       Mediation Competition

2.       Debate Competition

3.       Law Olympiad

4.       Youth Parliament

It brings together students from different Law schools of the country to compete in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment. It aims at giving exposure to law students on important issues arising in contemporary socio-economic and legal environment.

Your Role:

• Heading legal Dream Capital transactions involving drafting, negotiating, structuring, legal diligence for complex transactions 
• Work with external legal, accounting and other advisors to ensure quality service provided to Dream Sports

Must Have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of M&A legal including 7 years prior experience in either a top tier M&A law firm or as a Counsel in VC/PE/Corp Dev
