Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting the petition to be filed before Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT
- Assisting corporate insolvency resolution process
- Appearing before Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT
Requirements
- Preference shall be given to candidates who have prior experience in the corporate insolvency resolution process
- Preference shall be given to Law Graduates
