JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Designation: Legal Associate
2. Location: Onsite (Chennai)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and Vet Contracts for various business arrangements in line with legal principles and judicial precedents. 
• Support in negotiating and finalizing Contracts
• Draft/vet commercial contracts/templates for various functions, and businesses across the globe.
• Assisting in legal research and opinions.
• Assisting in Data Privacy Projects.
• Assisting in preparing Standard Operating Procedures for various legal services.

ELIGIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s Degree in law with 1 or 2 years experience in contracts, legal opinions, etc. Freshers may also apply
2. Proficient in the English language
3. Good drafting skills
4. Computer skills – Word; Powerpoint; excel, etc.
