LEGITAB is a full-service law practise that was established with the goal of providing high-quality legal services in India while keeping up with the country’s rapidly evolving business climate. They practise civil, criminal, and corporate law and have a great deal of trial experience in Delhi district courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.

About the Responsibilities

The Legitab Law Firm in Delhi is accepting applications from qualified candidates for an internship opportunity.

As an intern you are required to: –

The creation of court documents (such as lawsuits, plaints, written statements, legal notices, applications, writs, PILs, quashing petitions before high courts, bail drafting, etc.) as well as conducting research and aiding in court appearances will all be exposed to interns.
Additionally, interns will participate in client and counsel discussions. Research papers will also be written by interns.

Eligibility

If applying for a 5-year law programme, the students should ideally be in their fourth and fifth years; if applying for a 3-year law school, the students should be in their second or third years, respectively.
